They will look at how you walk, how you look, how you behave and how you talk. These are very important. Then there will be the ordinary questions to find out why you want to be a flight attendant, if you have fear of heights. They would ask questions to find about your communication and problem solving skills. They will try to find out if you have any probms with working long, irregular hours, if you would get homesick or not.

Additionaly, your weight and height must be proportionate. Not too short, not too tall. You need to be able to reach 2 meters when you hold your arm up. You will need to be able to swim a certain distance and lift up about 10 kilos without problems. (the numbers change depending on the airlines' regulations)
