Don't forget talking serpents, Jonah in the whale, Sampson gets a hair cut, Moses turns his staff into snakes, False end time predictions, One boat contains every animal on earth (Noah's Ark) and so on. People believe this crap because they want to escape reality, they want to be told what to do.

God did not turn water into wine. Jesus did it and he is not God. Mary was young maiden and that is what the word meant in Aramaic and Hebrew. Roman Catholics just invented her virginity patterned after their Pagan deity.
Such silly children's fairy tales made dangerous by adults evil minds. Fear was their tool to make people believe in their lies and when people followed, tey too became believers of their own lies. Do not condemn this people. They have no intention whatsoever to deceive because they were the victims. Give your honest thoughts but, just let them be if you cannot do anything but insults. Help to set them free if you know how in the most respectful way you can.

Then you are a Greek and things have not changed in 2000 years.
1 Corinthians 1:23-25
But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness;
But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.
Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.

Supernatural occurances would be realistic when engaging other dimensional realities. They would obviously be wierd for a naturalist with materialistic presuppostions. For those who logically infer an infinite-personal-creator of the phenomenon this is not a problem. So you really should be demeaning towards believers.

Once upon a time, there were these 2 monkeys. They had a baby, but it didn't look like them. By coincidence, there were these 2 other monkeys. They also had a baby, but it didn't look like them either. For some unexplainable reason, the male monkeys didn't kill these strange creatures, but instead let them grow to maturity. One day these two non-monkeys that were the offspring of monkeys were out walking upright when they came across each other. Despite the astronomical odds against it, one of these non-monkeys was male, and the other was female, and they decided to get together and make offspring of their own.
The End
Yeah, I can see where this is much more believeable than God.

I would suggest you read it as a fairy tale. Because, by and by many who read fairy tales become believers of those fairy tales. And if this happens it may be good or a bonus. See Harry Potter or Readers of the Da Vinci Code. Those are fairy tales and see how many believe them.

The story of Jesus is no different than the story of Santa Claus. Booth where based in truth, and then spun from there. Jesus was a peace loving dude, nothing more nothing less. St. Nicolas gave presents to poor kids. That is true. Everything beyond that is a fairy tale.

To you it may seem like silliness but to a believer it is not. The believer feels the same way about unbelievers "how can they not believe" Faith is an experience it is not something that can totally be explained by the believer. He just knows in his heart that its Truth.

It is logical to say that so many believe because the stories are true. What you call magic are actually miracles. Magic is usually done by trickery, while miracles are done by faith.
