How do you start a church affiliated church in Ontario?

Sorry...I did mean church affliliated school. I know I would have to tell the church that I want to start a school. I've done so already and am looking for specific details on how to do that in Ontario

You would have to do so through the church with which you want to be affiliated.

A church affiliated church? Do you mean school? I'm not sure what the laws in Canada are, but there are privately owned Catholic schools all over the US. Canada seems to have a reputation as a more liberal country than America so I doubt they would sponsor such a thing in the government.
