nicely, the two can play dvd's jst the comparable. a common DVD participant will jst play dvds, cds an such. A dvd recorder can do the comparable as a common DVD participant yet in addition replica dvds for u,,u can watch something on television an checklist it to the dvd so u can view it later. the greater powerful selection is a dvd recorder because it has greater ideas with it and if u ever could checklist something u can gain this. If u dunt checklist plenty off television den a VCR wud be advantageous thats if u have one..if no longer den maby the recorder is a greater powerful selection for you. cost clever i think of there iz massive distinction buh im particular it has dropped or quickly on an analogous time as by new interesting blue ray which has come out.

Probably muck on the lens. Get a dvd player cleaning kit. Check the failing dvd's for fingerprints and other dirty marks.

muck on the lense is most likely i would say.

clean the lense but if that doesnt work take it in for a repairmen to look at it. you may have accidently knocked it and broken the lense inside or something like that.

get it cleaned... also, if you are trying to play burned/copied DVDs it may not read those. Sometimes beating on them helps! ;)
