Did you ever think about how God could have made us any way he wanted to? He could have made us to not need to breathe. He could have put os on Jupiter and it would have been fine. We wouldn't have known the difference. He could have made our eyes talk. Why did God create us the way he did?

well Monica i do believe that we are the way we are because god created us in his image. Gods physical form is the origin of the appearance of human kind.

Probably for the same reason he creates period.

And what makes you so sure that He hasn't created other sapient beings with immortal souls on other worlds. So maybe there ARE others out there with different physical forms.
From a logical standpoint it would be an enormous waste of His creativity to confine Himself to creating only two sapient species, ie us and angels. Hey! He's infinite. He's sure got the room for more. He's eternal. He certainly has the time to allow evolution to do any number of interesting things.

If we in our human form were on Jupiter, we'd be so far pulled down to the ground we'd be thinner than pancakes (see Jupiter has a form of gravity that is a great deal stronger than ours)
We're here on earth because it's the only planet that supports our form of life. We're how we are through the process of evolution. Every part of us has a purpose, we have our mouths to talk and our eyes to see. These work the way they do because of evolution.

Why should that be better than to be created in God's own image? If you were an angel, you would not be able to live and enjoy things created for humans with body and emotions. God has already many angels created for himself. He needs someone like you to be his companion. He could touch your body and talk to your soul, As a spirit to another spirit. do they need to use vocal cord to make soul to talk or speak to each other. What about sex........? yes.

he could have created us so we don't kill each other , and tolerate each other , to love not ot hate! and then he made homosexual so the rest has a punching bag and commit hate crimes against,and he created Hitler so he can kill all! and gave us politicians so we can get screwed some more and pay taxes till we puke! and lets not forget he put all those other religions in this world so they can fight each other because he is bored!
