what kind of coaxial connector do we use in the usa in contrast to asia?

I bought that tv card from asia, but the connector doesnt match with the usa coaxial connector, please help me out

A model of your TV tuner would help.
Coax connectors are same, so your question is very surprising.
You may want to take your Tuner to Radio Shack and see if they can help you.

In any case, coax is very easy to figure out. There is the core signal wire and ground on the outside. Try a couple of options and I am sure it will work.
