Yes ! Wash well all cuts after you play with your cat. I got it years ago.
It is a blood infection. You'll notice a red track in the arm where you have it. Need antibiotics.

Yes, I've had it. My mom's cat attacked me. Luckily, it wasn't a very bad case. Some people have to be hospitalized because it can cause blood poisoning.
