And if you do, that is a prophetic message.
Here is the latest news.
Radical cleric Raed Salah is behind many of these demonstrations. For him, Jerusalem in the hands of the Jews is the worst thing that could have happened.
Salah said, "Nothing is more catastrophic for us than the occupation of Jerusalem and the al-Aksa mosque since 1967."
Many of the million Arabs living in Israel feel the same way. Salah uses this anger to build support among his fellow Israeli Muslims
The Islamic leader says that his followers are hated by Jews and Christians because his group is stopping the third Jewish temple from being built.
Kamal Al-Khateb of the Islamic Movement said, "We are attacked by these American biblical extremist groups because we are standing in the way of their prophecy."
Behind the rally's podium is a ship, representing the goal of shipping Jews out of Islamic land -- a goal that cleric Abed Abo Alhega promises will happen, by force, if necessary.

I think you mean another escalation is brewing. They have been at war with each other eversince my great grandparents were born although they still can let each other co-exist then.
It was only in this last few decades they became so fiercely killing each other. The reason is no longer religious, it is already about political and geographical boundaries coupled with greed among its leaders.
Prophesy was made according to what the seers see in the present condition speculating what will happen if it continues to exist.
Some great minds can see an opportunity from having it done and another mind may also see what will benefit him if he takes action to stop it. The creative the mind is and if well equipped with all the resources, then, the prophesy can be made to happen or not depending on who have the most advantage.
That is how prophesies are made my dear. The heavens are just watching and they are not the ones who is doing it...us.

If that wasn't considered "holy land" no one would even want it. It's a patch of desert. Think of all the millions of people who have died for a big huge sand box, basically. And if one day we prove god doesn't exist, it's gonna really suck for those people who spent their lives trying to own it.

Not unless they want their holy sites to be blown up. The Jews will go down fighting to the death. Remember Masada.
