I hope there's someone out there who know's computers, I have tried to solve this problem but no one seems to know anything. Here goes: I keep getting an error message, sometimes on Outlook Express, and sometimes on my desktop, the error message reads: Generic Host Process For Win 32 Services encountered a problem, and needs to close. Please tell Microsoft about problem. I don't even know what Win 32 is. Could someone please explain. Thank you for any one who can help.

tough one to troubleshoot. suggestions:
- run all windows updates
- reboot after they complete
- run anti virus and anti spyware check, download their updates and run again
- try online scanner www.trendmicro.com (housecall)

if those fail to work:
- start programs\accessories\system tools\system restore
