I am attending an online class, and whenever I click on a student's assignment that has a .pdf extension it opens it with Notebook, eventhough I chose to open it with Adobe Reader. I have to go out of my way to save it to the desktop, then right click on the assignment and click "Open with Adobe Reader 8". If anyone can help me fix this "glitch" it would be greatly appreciated...and a HUGE time saver. Thank you!

Click the bottom at the bottom that says "Always open this kind of file with this program".
Click OK

Now all pdf files will open with Acrobat Reader.

Just make sure you have clean install of Adobe Reader... if so, the file association should default to open with Adobe Reader automatically. So pretty much install Adobe Reader so it may default to this.
