Sometimes when we worry, thoughts are swirling through our mind and the worry just seems to build. It might help you to write down what it is you're worrying about. Seeing it can help to devise a plan of action. What can be done to ease your worries? If it's an ongoing worry, why is this happening and what you can do to resolve it. I dont know if you believe in prayer, but you can try turning it over to God. That sounds so easy and I know it's not, but it's worth the try.

The best way to deal with worry, is not to worry about worrying. Worrying about something is wasted energy. It does absolutely no good whatsoever. If you worry about things, you tie yourself up in knots for what? Nothing. Can you change the outcome of an event simply by worrying about what will happen? No. It is not possible. You need to realize, that once something is set in motion, unless you are physically doing something change the course of whatever is going on, you can't worry it in another direction. Worry only uses energy you could be using in another way.
I know it sounds silly, but just stop worrying. Now, that's not to say to stop caring about things. There is a big difference between worry, and care. Take care to prepare yourself to do the best job possible, do it, then don't worry about the outcome. When you finally see the outcome, you can then deal with whatever happens, but until then, relax, take a load off of your mind, and try enjoying your accomplishments for a change!

Good luck,

Stevo. (former worry wort)

First, if you are religious, I would say consult your faith.
Then, sit down & think about the issue logically.
-Is there anything I can do about this situation right now?
If so, then satisfy your worry by doing what you can.
If there is nothing you can do about the situation, then you need to find something constructive to do in order to help clear your mind.
Spend time with people who aren't perpetuating your worry.
Read something
Watch a favorite show
Spend time with a pet you love.

That is one of the most treasured lessons I've been able to learn in my life - No worrying. I have to decide if there's anything I can do about the situation. If not, I have to discipline myself & my mind to let it be.

Good luck, friend.

Talk to friends and family. Most importantly, talk to your Savior, Jesus Christ. If you have not already accepted him into your life, you can pray this simple prayer and be forever changed:
Dear Jesus, I admit that I am a sinner. I believe that you died on the cross and rose again so that my sins can be forgiven. I accept you into my life. You are Lord. Amen.
Your life will never be the same, I promise you! I encourage you to buy a Bible and start reading the books of John and Romans and also find a home church where other believers can start encouraging you.
Take care and don't be afraid to email me.
Sincerely,
Chelsea
