home remedy to get rid of bags under the eyes?

i use a really good moisturisor every day and night, exfoliate daily, sleep 8 hours a night drink plenty of water, but i do smoke.
how can i get rid of the dark bags i got? im only 23 and no-one in my family has them.
help please :)

teabags. make a cup of tea, let your used teabags cool off, then put them on the bags under your eyes for 20-30 mins. it works really well for me.

You may be low on iron so increase that in your diet with food (red meat green leafy veggies) or take a supplement.
You could have allergies ?

You might also want to make sure you don't allergies or a sinus problem. I also have dark bags and my doctor told me that because of my allergies and/or sinus, it affects the area right underneath your eyes.

I've heard a smidge of preparation H on the bags will help reduce them. Just don't use a lot...
