I am 13 weigh 120 and am 5'3
how much weight can I lose in 2 weeks
healthily and unhealthily? just please actually estimate rather than guess :)

Sounds like you only need to tone up. Muscle is 1/4 the size of fat, takes up less space. If you add muscle and lose fat, you can eat more and weigh the same.

About 5 lbs, but expect your chest to be smaller.
