"haina" (pronounced jaina) is equivalent to hip hop culture usage of "ho" "b**ch" - a rude, but not necessarilly mean spirited word for a lady.
"king" is English. Put the two words together -- you can figure it out. (The guy is bragging)

it sounds like heineken. lol... but, i think it's hyna (girl, hoe) and king... which is 'king of the ladies" or hoes whatever.. you catch my drift.
