Not healthy.....You are in your prime, the last thing you need is to limit your calorie intake so low.
Try a well balanced diet combining it with daily exercise. An option could be 6 small meals a day.
Sadly there is no miracle way to loosing weight as fast as we would like (in a healthy manner that is). It takes time and patience.

Can you? Yes.
Is it healthy? Probably not.
The rule of thumb is that it is not healthy to consume less than 1200 calories a day. based on exercise you're total net calories may be less than this but you should not be losing more than 2-3 lbs a week except for possibly the first week where depending on your water intake you could lose several pounds due to water retention (or lack there of)
Your diet should consist of lean proteins (egg whites, chicken, turkey, fish) Red meats are hard for your body to digest thus you would be looking at 3-4 oz of lean proteins versus 2 oz of red meats and pork for the same results
Complex but not processed carbs potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice. If you can imagine taking two cups of grains and grinding it up you'd get maybe a 1/4 cup of flour. The using that to make breads and pastas puts into perspective how much more carbs are in processed carbs than those naturally found. So eat a medium potato instead of one string of spaghetti
Fruits and vegetables give you your mineral vitamins and general nutrients. They also keep your system from backing up. If you don't eat vegetables you may not see the scale go down because the food hasn't left your body.
Low sodium foods help to. Which is easiest to burn a chicken on a frying pan or a chicken in a pot of water? So a lack of water retention goes a long way with the "burning" of fat.

Loosing weight fast is always an unhealthy thing. There are many diets who tell you that you can loose a lot of weight in no time. And it is working, but you are doing no good to your body. And there's also the Jojo-effect. The best thing to loose and hold a healthy weight is healthy food, less sugar, lots of drinking water, and sports. Diet has to begin in your head. And you already started to think about your nutrition. That's an important step. It is too easy just to make a magazine-diet for 2-3 weeks and loose some weight. But it will come back soon again. If you are over-thinking your nutrition and activity, you will have a constantly good result. Isn't that much better and healthier than a crash-diet ? - Healthy life every day! Take care, :-)

At least 1200 a day is needed to stay healthy. For a teenage girl you may need more. Your body burns off alot in a day. Way more than 1000.
How much weight do you want to lose? I'd stay stick to eating around 1500 cals a day and excercise and you'll stay healthy.

Yes you can loose weight this way but if you want to keep it off this is not a smart idea. I would start out by eating around 1800 to 2000 calories a day then gradually step down.

Sure can, and welcome to the wonderful world of Anorexia!
No teen should eat less than 1500 calories per day and if you aspire to be a model rather than a normal person, try a low carb diet, continue your excercise regime and give your body a chance to realize it's full potential before you reduce it to unhealthy limits.

a 1200 calorie diet is what they put the great big fat people on to lose hundreds of pounds...so no. You should probably aim for around 1800 calories per day for a healthy weight loss diet.

1,000 calories isnt enough for anyone. much less provide you with the energy you need to have minimal exercise. It may seem like alot, but a 3,000 calorie diet is the best to start out with. if you want, you dont have to limit your calories, just exercise and eat lots of healthy fruits and veggies. mom's advice is best: eat your greens.
