Try using an ice pack and an over the counter pain reliever until you can get into the dentist.
If you need to see the dentist call ahead and see if you can set up a payment plan or something. They might work with you if you are in a lot of pain.

Go to the drugstore! They have some things you could buy for under $10! Also, take any kind of pain killer you can get your hands on! Even aspirin will help!
I've been there! I didnt have dental insurance for 15 years! I ended up losing a tooth! Now I have insurance!
Good Luck!

Depends where you are. Some hospitals will see you if you do not have insurance.
My friend had a bad tooth and they had to send her to a dentist to get the tooth pulled. All paid by the state.
Now the state would not pay for the root canal but they did cover the removal.
If not try a dentist that may let you make payments to save your tooth.
Keep in mind it is not good to have the poison going thru your blood stream

The dentist would be your best bet.
In the meantime, there is an over the counter product called "Orajel". It comes in a tube, and you put it directly over the tooth or jaw area. It will temporarily relieve the pain. Take Advil every 8 hours, but don't watch the amount you take over a certain period of time. Advil really helped me till I could get in to see the dentist.
I hope you feel better. Good luck!

It does sound abscessed. The only thing I can tell you to try is olive leaf extract and grape seed extract. They have natural anti-biotic properties.Take at least 3 or 4 at a time 3 times a day. I've used these many times myself for all kinds of problems. I usually get them at Wal Marts vitamin isle or if they don't have them I go to GNC.

I would go to your local drug store and look for Red Cross
Toothache medicine, its a very strong numbing medication you can put on your tooth, it will help...or maybe you could call you dentist and ask if they could call you in a prescription and your local drug store of pain meds and antibiotics, they may do that for ya...good luck i know how painful a bad tooth can be.

could be a broken tooth. you should be able to see/feel it though. You may have an infection due to lack of flossing. you should scrap up some dough and go to the dentist. Get your hands on some 800mg motrin too, for the pain.

It is called an abscess. You need to have antibiotics to clear that.
Once it is clear, the pain will go away.
Call the dentist to see if they will just call in a prescr. for you and tell them you do not have the money to pay right now, though you could ask them to bill you monthly in small amounts.
I know we did this for our patients.

It sounds serious, see a dentist at once. Get a loan from someone if needed.

not much you can do other than try to get some pain killers until you can get in. Sounds like you need a root canal. Try calling your local health dept.
