How short should a dress be?

9 whther you wear shorts with it
10 whther you have shaved your legs
11 whether your legs have scars or bruises that look unsightly

i would wear dress with leggings any length as long as my nether regions were covered and
warm

It depends entirely on the occasion, your physical attributes and your comfort level.

As a rule, you should try to keep a dress long enough so as you do not inadvertently flash unsuspecting observers.

Generally, younger, more fit people can get away with slightly shorter, more revealing outfits.

In a professional setting, longer is better. Knee length or longer.

For a club setting, you can go a little shorter to be a bit provocative if you so choose.

Just be careful about the type of image you want to portray. You can be sexy and flirty without showing everything.

I have always grown up in a household where the skirt or dress much touch the kneeler in order to wear it out of doors.

I've grown up since then and I still think it's rather trashy if a young lady, girl or woman wears super short skirts or dresses. (Leave something to the imagination!)

Any-who. My general rule of thumb is: no shorter that a credit card's length above the knee. That's short enough.
