We are in what students of prophesy call the "Minor Tribulation" (which implies that a major tribulation is somewhere down the road).

It is quite different than anyone expected.

For example, this tribulation is building steam gradually, rather than hitting all at once - it is a very complex combination of order and disorder - it involves evils and brutalities beyond comprehension (which are in reality, very rigourous purifications sent by God - although He is not responsible for the sins involved) - and there is *no* rapture, everyone destined to heaven *must* be subject to the purifying sufferings that God decrees to prepare them for union with Him (as St. John of the Cross verifies, nothing in the imagination, senses, nor intellect can be a means for union with God, as He infinitely transcends those things - but they can be a means for *understanding* God, insofar as the earth-bound mind of man can understand him).

It is not the end of the world approaching, but the end of an era.

Many more phases are to come before the definitive end of the world.

The End of the World is, in fact, millions of years off.

Through endless millinia, man is to sucessively rise through higher and higher levels of being and consciousness on his journey to the Father.

It will be an amazing trip!

Hang on!

We are now experiencing the dawn of the advent of superconsciousness (which will not be monistic New Age, but analogical Christianity, embodied in the One, True, Catholic Faith - which is at once far more rigourous, yet far more liberal than anyone imagined - and I am not referring to feel-good modernism that has no principles, but the authentic Tradition of the Church which secular historians have *completely* falsified - try reading St. Faustina's Divine Mercy revelations for very heavy and mysterious stuff).

Well, the Word of God (Gospel) is nearly preached & published in all Nations. And God is giving visions & dreams in closed nations. So, I expect the rapture to happen soon, then the Son of Lawlessness will take over.... The beginning of the end. And then the Reign of Christ for the Millinnium.

Quick, kill yourself and you will fulfill the prophecy. Are you honestly that naive? Did your parents raise a stupid child? Come on, grow up and join the rest of us adults. There has been weird weather throughout the history of the world, and "strange" events, etc. People have died throughout history, amazing how that happens.
What is wrong with people like you? Always wanting the end of the world to happen and reading into things too much. Oh no.............we had snow last night, that must mean the end of the world is upon us. I spelled a word incorrectly, that must mean the world is going to end. Can you see how stupid you are being? Or are you just chicken little and the sky is falling?

Well, the bible says that Christ wont return again until all have heard the Good News, and since there are hundreds of thousands of unreached people groups (people groups who have either never heard or are below 3% Christian) I'd say we have a ways to go.

Of course I have thought about it. I am not an end timer though and I do not think we will know when we are in the last days.

Not me - the end days came and went around Nero, back around 100 AD. History - it's a wonderful thing.

I don't really think it matters whether these are the "last days" or not. If they are, we're going to have to give account of our actions before God; if they're not, we'll die some day and still have to give account of our actions before God. What's more important than trying to read the signs is living a life that is pleasing to God.

People have been saying that for hundreds of years. I dont really care, whatever happens, happens. There's nothing we can do to control it anyways so why worry about it
