In California you have to be 21 to drink. If it is a pure night club you have to be 21 to enter. If it is also a restaurant you can bring in a 2 year old during the restaurant hours, they cannot go near the bar.

Most states will let you in the club at 18 but you must be 21 to drink. A few states allow you to drink beer at 18.

It depends on the club. Its anywhere between 18-21. But you cannot drink until you are 21
