IT ONLY Happens when my back gets out of whack

I FELL 8 yrs. ago and hasn't been the same since. The worst it EVER was, was the week after it happened and then got better gradually

There were ONLY (2) other times it did this. Once when I lifted something
THe other time(s) when I used the stairmaster at my local gym/spa. It took a couple of weeks both times to heal up again.
Never again do I work the stairmaster (the ONLY machine I can't use)

Just got a job at a plant nursery which is very demanding physically. I LOVE this job so much, but realize I cannot do this more than about 3-4 hrs. and VERY part-time

So next wk. have an interview for a sales rep position (have a feeling I got the job :o) !!!!

THe back of my left leg kinda hurts too, felt like I've had the flu (like the other times) for over a week now :-(

got a massage yesterday, felt better, but still need a LOT of rest it seems .....

Will have to unfortunately take a break from walking a few miles though

Okay you say swollen lymph nodes( are they in your back?) If they are you just have to rest and take it slow. You need to get someone to message your back to get the lymphatic juices flowing and that should stop the swelling. also stay away from salty foods I have swollen lymph nodes. It is in my lower left leg and feet and if work to hard one day or eat something with a lot of sodium in it my foot swells up pretty badly.

Good luck!!!!

Why don't you just go to the real doctors. I have had swollen lymph, near my jaw, but that just turned out to be an infection, it went away with antibiotics. So woolen lymph nodes do not necessarily mean STD, because I'm a virgin.

Lots of water and smooth slow stretches will help your lymph system flow. Of course, the infection is the most important thing to check. You might not want to hear this, but the first thing you should do is hit up your doctor. Even if they only rule out all the bad things it could be, it will be worth the trip.

You need to go to the doctor and find out why the lymph nodes are swollen.

Swollen lymph nodes are sign that something is wrong... like infection or cancer

Try drinking nettle tea, or taking milk thistle...theya re both cleansers, and may help draw out what is making your glands swell. If your symptoms persist for more than a week, go to the doctor...
