I have a mild-moderate back problem, and need to invest in a wonderfully supportive shoe for my feet which really helps lower back issues. I'm into walking several miles per week for my health and fitness level
Thank YOU :-)

Jared C take a break from your overtraining sir, your way too old to be training like a preteen in junior HS. So this is why your legs "feel like rocks"~exactly like whats in your head really. It sounds like from your post your mind and body are deteriorating just like the skunk you passed on the road today when you crawled down the block today trying to "run" again. HAHHAHAAAAAAAAHAHAHAAHAA, lol :-D

New Balance is probably the best, but see about getting shoe inserts as well. chiropractors have them.

There are shoes made specifically for volleyball look under women shoes for volleyball-depends how much volleyball you are into if a whole lot then buy for volleyball but if only like once a week then buy Cross trainers-shoes for all. Depends on also if all you do is volleyball or do other activities too for if buy a shoe made for a specific activity then can cause discomfort/damage foot if used for other activities.

LMAO! LOOK AT THOSE ANSWERS! heh well, old timer, nice to hear about your physical fitness; but shoes arent going to solve a back problem. YES, they may help, but for your back, you really need to see a chiropractor. now coming from me, i recomend new balance. they may help a little. ooh, i just remembered... STRETCH! I DONT CARE HOW BAD IT HURTS! you gotta deal with the pain. if you can get to where you can stretch for 2 minutes without crying "ooh, sweet mother of god; that was loud!), you'll be able to walk pretty well. just start off slowly with this, it might take time, but what the heck, it's probly the most important thing for your back. i'd say new balance, tho. they make some really supportive shoes. hell, you can probly go to your local shoe store to find one with good cushoning. believe me; there's no miracle 200$ pair of shoes out there that are very much better than the others for walking or running.
