Fortunately you have four weeks to do something about it. Switch to grilled or baked chicken, fish and veggies and fruit for snacks. Rely on water, water, water all day. Exercise when possible, lift hand weights, walk or ride your bike. You obviously want to turn this into another direction. So get movin'...you can do it. Don't waste another day, however.

You have about a month, and being young you will be able to lose most and maybe all of your added weight by then.
Make a concentrated effort to eat smaller portions and healthier snacks. Make sure you drink 8 cups of water a day. If you have a bicycle, ride it. Do you like playing baseball or soccer - well get some friends together and have lots of fun while you are working on slimming down.
Offer to help out a little more with chores around the home...anything extra you do will help you use up calories and I bet your family will appreciate it too.
And try not to stress yourself...our bodies instinctively want to store away food when we are stressed. Stress collects the fat around our bellies first - how unfair is that? So relax, if you try all the natural hints you get, you will be fine! Congratulations on your Graduation...hope it is a really happy day for You!

OK, you first need to calm down. You have enough time to work out. First, eat healthier!! And also, jog for about 45 minutes and that will help you lose calories [but do stretches before you jog]. Do 20-30 sit-ups in the morning before school, 20-30 after school, and 20-30 before bed. Drink more water. Don't drink too many sodas. Dance in your room, that gets you motivated. And also, if you get Seventeen Magazine or Cosmo Girl, they usually have work outs in there for tummy's and legs. Those work good. Or go to seventeen.com and they have work outs on the site. And also, get some work out video tapes. I hope some of the options I gave help. Good luck!

first of all, you should take care of what you eat. i seriously warn that you should never eat any fast-food. at first, you can try not eating them just to the June 25th , believe me it will work. second, give up eating bread. don't drink coke, it makes you fat and it makes cellulite. try eating more vegetables and drink a good amount of water(2 liters per day.) eat 1 portion of fruit every day. prefer drinking mineral water to the other drinks which contain sugar.(mineral water helps to get thinner) never use sugar in your coffee or tea, etc ,decrease the amount of your salt intake. if you drink coffee, it prevents you from getting hungry. do not eat too much; increase the frequency of the meal time, but decrease the amount of the meal. take little portions and eat slowly. (it takes 20 minutes to brain to perceive the satiety) don't eat after 19:00. make exercise for 30 minutes everyday, but if you find time it would be better for you to make it for 1,5 hours per day.moreover, i seriously recommend you to walk. walk as much as you can. avoid from stress. drink milk and herbal teas. good luck! i believe you'll get rid of this problem very soon....

You can do the classic football training 2-day weight loss, drink tons of water and eat only meats you will loose a tiny bit of fat but 6-7 pounds of water weight.

Start jogging... Seriously. I sound like a broken record now BUT you need to do cardio in the AM (before you eat anything) and in the PM.
Watch what you eat for the next month. And, drink plenty of water.

I know its what youv been hearing alot. Exercise and a healthy diet! Youd be amased how fast it actually works. Maybe a little less calorie intake and more exercise just till after graduation so you can fit back into the dress

okay heres what you do:
only drink water. no soda, milkshakes, or anything like that.
only eat when you are hungry. even if that chocolate chip cookie looks delicious, only eat when you are hungry and not because something looks good.
lots of people say eat often, small meals. in my opinion that doesnt work.
go on daily walks.
dont stress too much!

best thing to do is cut back on fats ,watch your portions and walk,walk,walk.it's cheap and if you do it every day for 30-60 minutes,you should be ok.diet pilss don't work long term.good luck!
