Sprinkle the staek with salt and pepper. Put it on a HOT grill to sear the outside and keep the inside nice and juicy. Cook it approximately 4 minutes per side. Let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes after cooking to let juices redistribute.

this is funny-there is no set time-the key is the thickness of the steak-and what method your cooking it -out door grill or inside broil, or even in a skillet. cook 2 minutes and check it -if browning turn it -check in 2 more minutes and turn it-then play it by ear from here-cut into it if its red in the center it needs more cooking-

i suggest you pre fork it-to let juices run in and out and salt and pepper add a pinch of any flavor you like too season it a drop -to taste before you cook it.

In Jesus amazing grace that saved me =John 3 repented of sins -even one lie and got born again. feed the soul and body.

best wishes-and dont leave it in the oven to cool-it will over cook.

If you are cooking on a gas grill, turn to low, cook steak for 6 minutes on each side. Dinner time!

About 5 minutes a side on a hot grill.

Marinate first in olive oil and red wine or red wine vinegar.
