roughly 800mm with coil with 4large hoops?Probably made of nicrome wire or something???ANY EDUCATED GUESSES WILL DO???????thanks!

If that is the coil inside a manufactured appliance you can tell the resistance by dividing its nametag wattage by the square of the voltage. If not what the previous guy said is perfect for an estimate.

If it is nichrome, the resistance is related to the size of the wire. For 0.3mm wire it is about 10 ohms per metre. So the total resistance is about 4*pi*0.8 = 100 ohms.
