I agree..of all of the things in the world...the poor, the orphaned, the widowed, the hungry, the wars, etc... I don't really think God cares what two consenting adults are doing in the privacy of their own home....
Galatians 3:28 says for there is neither Jew nor Greek, slave or free, male or female...in Christ we are one...
If God does not see us as male or female...I don't believe he sees us as gay or straight...or even cares about the sexual part of it.
I think sex is a gift from God to be enjoyed within the confines of a relationship....like everything else if it takes control of your life...it may be a stumbling block...but, used as pleasure...I do not think is wrong.

God "cares" about everything each soul
does in this flesh life. Do you forget that
each and every hair on your head is numbered? Something as serious as
behavior that caused the destruction of two major Cities (Sodom and Gomorrah) is
certainly not a "small detail" with God.
Our Cities of today make those two Cities look like Sunday school; oh yes, God does
care, and when Christ returns, he will usher in a 1000 year period of teaching and strict disipline. These children are going to learn and understand what self-control, self-disipline and self-respect actually means.
This world is ripe for the harvest of God.

You can't imagine God not worrying about one's sex life, etc.? The reason that Israel was sent into Canaan to destroy its inhabitants was precisely that reason. (One of several actually.)
Canaanites engaged in all sorts of sexual practices, even using them in the worship of their deities. Their gods (Baal and Asherah, especially) were highly sexualized.
People would go to the shrine, and engage in sex with a priest or priestess as an act of worship. Virgin girls would be given to the temple for the purpose of being a priestess until she was deflowered. Only after that, could she leave the service of that god/goddess.
Why is God concerned with this? Because He created us with specific purposes in mind. He also knows that when we deviate from what He has in mind about sex, we can catch various diseases (Gonorrhea, Syphilis, AIDS) or have out of wedlock births, where children don't have intact families.
Further, the more a person has sex, the less intimacy results, until it is merely a biological function. Intimacy can be likened to tape. When you apply tape to a poster on a wall, it will hold the poster well. But if you pull it away and then reapply it elsewhere, it cannot hold the poster as well. Do it again, and it becomes less able to stick. Eventually, the tape is useless for the purpose it was intended.
So, yes; God is concerned about your sex life. He wants you in a committed, monogamous, heterosexual relationship. It's His idea, not mine.

yes GOD cares about it. Hes the one that actually created it for marriage. the devil took it and perverted it like he does with everything. think about it really. for example, say its someones wedding day. she is walking down the aisle and she has all of this excess baggage bc of the people that she was intimate with before her to be hubby. its a miserable thought. its hard to forget your past and GOD did not want it to be that way. he wanted the husband and wife ONLY to know each other in that way.

What is more important than the potential of a pregnancy occurring without a family support system and love being in place first?
Also, the intimacy of sex makes it quite serious as is proven by the broken hearted women who expect the guy to call the next day. You can say oh boo-hoo for them, they should have known and you're right they should have. That's why God tries to warn us.
No matter the birth control, pregnancies happen and every baby deserves the right start.

Of course He does. Sex is sacred, and should only be shared with a married couple. God gave us the power to create life...it's a sacred thing, and He does care about it.

yeah, especially if masturbation is your sex life...what kind of twisted joke did God have in mind when he decided not to give human beings a mating season? and then he says "be fruitful and multiply"...i guess homosexuals took the "fruit(ful)" part out of context...

God inspired the Bible which is a set of instructions for us. He wants us to avoid the agony of AIDS, divorce, children without parents, and all the other problems that go along with living for the moment. So many people are hurt emotionally by a fling. As a God of love, he tries to teach us what love really is so we don't have to suffer.

Because men are petty. And the god invented by these men will be just as petty as them.
Since some people have issue with gays (they don't contribute to the population) or premarital sex (someone else might defile your "property"), then they claim that God has issues with them as well.
Man created God in his own image.
If there is a God, I'm sure it wouldn't care what we do in our bedrooms.
