IQ (intelligence quotient) tests aren't geared toward computers.
IQ was, at one point, thought to be the measure of a person's intellect.. this being a completely vague and intangible attribute of a person (and based loosely on so many different traits and characteristics that the definitions are wide and varied) that the very thing being tested.. is, in essence, defined by the test.. not by the universal term of "intellect".
So saying what level of 'intellect' a computer has is based solely on the type of test and what it measures. Questions focusing on the ability to learn and absorb experience from one's surroundings would be lost on today's level of computer technology. A true "learning processor" or AI (artificial intelligence) has yet to be developed to the point where personality and self awareness can be factored into a test where focus of learning is involved.
Basically this isn't an answerable question based on our current level of technology and our vague notion of what intellect really is.

IQ is a relative term...it is not measured the same way for everyone.
Say, you would like to measure the IQ of an infant, you see how good he is at recognizing people.
If you would like to measure IQ of a mathematician, you would probably want to measure his analytical skills not his ability to remember dates and events.
So, IQ level of a computer might mean how fast it works, how better it manages memory defragmentation, etc; Ultimately, it depends upon the IQ (should be specific, analytical, algorithmic IQ) of the person(s) who made it :-)
