Part of what is keeping your hair so vibrant is your hormones, being pregnant. Unfortunately, you will lose some of your hair as your hormones recede. I suppose you could keep taking your prenatal vitamins & see if that would help.

well to keep it really healthy for something cheap but also very very good i love tresume i had hard hair to deal with but then i started using that and i noticed a big diffrence because it was softer and so much prettier when styled also easy to work with. it also has vitamins in it so it helps alot. keep your hair trimmed regulary about every 3 months and use that and your hair will be radiant.

Well use a good hair product, One that won't damage your hair. And at least trim your hair every month. That should help your hair grow longer.

Get a boar bristle brush and brush your hair every night, and massage your scalp.
F.Y.I. Main and tail shampoo is for horses....I have horses and I use it on them...I also have a hair salon, and would NEVER use main & tail shampoo on a human.....It is full of harsh ditergents and the conditioner is full of plastic and wax.....It strips the hair and coats the scalp and you could end up ruining your hair

you should tim it monthly. then, dont use peels. it doesnt help, i assure you. just be natural. comb it as many as you can when your in your bed til you feel like sleeping. its the good way of making the hair long, shiny and smooth. use also the shampoo that your hair is comfortable with.
