Hello all am from Danville and getting mairred in 08
Am clueless on bakeries or any other places that do wedding cakes I have a few numbers but I need to know more
Am looking for a great place to do my wedding cake that wont cost to much like maybe 150 for a two layer cake . If you have any info. Plz tell me

well here is a thought ask around of your co workers and maybe they know some independant person that does cakes especially wedding cakes . a lady at my moms church did ours and it was beautifull . she charged us 75.00 and it was only for the ingredients that she used . that was her gift to us . And not only that but she got so much business she now takes orders in advance . Like i say ask around where you know people and see if they know anybody . word of mouth always a good idea .

I know of a couple of bakeries in Lexington and they both have great products, but I don't know if they do wedding cakes or how expensive they would be if they do..but, at least maybe it will be a place to start and perhaps they could recommend someone if they don't do them....One is Spaldings (sp?) and one is McGees. YOU MAY EVEN TRY YOUR LOCAL GROCERY STORE BAKERY A LOT OF TIMES YOU CAN GET A BETTER DEAL...ALSO GO ON LINE IN YOUR AREA AN SEE IF YOU HAVE ANY WEDDING COORDINATORS THAT CAN GIVE YOU SOME INFO FOR WHO THEY USE....GOOD LUCK AND HAVE FUN
