I was in a store one day, and a guy was bending over. he didn't know he was showing his behind to everyone. His shirt did not reach to the top of his jeans.

In this day and age yes - because you don't know how that person will respond. It is safer just to walk away.

Um... I am not sure. It depends how you say it. If you walk up to the guy and say "Pardon me, but you are showing you bottom off" or something like that, then it might be ok. But if you run over to him and yell "Hey fatty get a shirt that fits so we don't all have to see the plumbers crack you got going on" that might be seen as rude.

It's all in how you say it, and who you are saying it too.

i would say no!
i tell people that all the time. i mean, wouldnt you get embarassed if you didnt know your butt crack was just hanging out for everyone to see and people are just staring or even laughing at you and you dont even realize why they are doing that! you should just walk by the person and say something like " exscuse me mam/sir your butt crack is hanging out and io wanted to tell you so you wouldnt get embarrased" =]

I wouldn't tell a perfect stranger something like that. People are crazy these days. If it was a friend, co-worker, something like that, than no it wouldn't be rude.
