Tru Blue is correct. Weather does NOT cause any problems other than a limitation with the range of the equipment.

rain does not affect the accuracy of the doppler shift radars used by police to check your speed.

It will reduce the range of the radar but not the accuracy.

Yes it does. Rain effects radar, however a cop does not need to get you on the speed gun to give you a ticket for speeding.

yes...rain effects all radar to some degree
