Maybe not a "sign" in the "from God" sense, but it could be a sign that you and this person have a lot in common. If there is a mutual attraction there, the ingredients might be there for a relationship. Walk up and say "hi". Good luck!

i think it can be...i have liked someone before and started seeing them everywhere i go and felt it was fate or destiny...i have also remembered someone or mentioned them without seeing them in forever and then started seeing them a lot...so yeah i think its a sign
