you probably don't have a job anymore anyway so I wouldn't spend alot of time making up lies...as an employee, you are the worst of the worst....If I was the boss, you would be gone!

Using your family as an excuse to miss work backs you into a corner of having to go further into detail about the problems. Tell them your Aunt or other non immediate family member has been ill. Personally, I would have went with the car accident excuse. After I was in a car accident, months later, I had migraine headaches that prevented me from going to work for days at a time. The migraines were back and neck injury related, but I got them months after the accident.

Well, can you answer yourself this question first?
Why didn't you go into work for 5 days?

You have not given a clear thought on your absence. If you want to keep this job for real, then, an excuse is not necessary. If you don't want this job, why wasting your time finding the excuse?

Normally, each company has some vacation time, like one week after one year of service. If you have vacation time, just inform them that you have unexpected personal issues to deal with. If they are not happy about it, you can claim these days as vacation time or non-paid absence. However, you need to think this through if you are no longer interested working there.

definite! i'm confident that there could be an invisible connection between some people who're very far far off from one yet another. think of roughly how we can sit down in a action picture teach in the previous the lights furniture flow down. i've got concentrated on the decrease back of somebody's head and delved deeply into myself jointly as repeating a message in my recommendations. the guy continually turns around and looks at me (maximum frequently after brushing their supply up the decrease back of their head). I continually have been given a similar reaction, and it made me aggravating, so i ended doing it. yet another occasion is while something tragic happens around me (no longer something that's media worth), something like affliction or an twist of fate. abruptly my father telephones (from interstate) and continually opens the communique with, "Are you o.k.?" different circumstances, while he purely desires to talk or feels a accountability to call he opens the communique with "hi! that's Dad right here!" I continually hear to my inner voice. by some ability it tells me who desires me at that 2nd. a number of those genuinely everyone seems to be on different continents. So, definite i think it. pollanswer: previous determining to purchase :)

I would suggest that your Grandmother is not handling your Grandfather's death very well, and she is getting sicker and sicker.
You had to stay with her for about 5 days to make sure that she was okay.
Use the excuse that she lives in like. . .another state, further away. And your family members are all taking turns taking care of her, making sure that she gets everything that she needs.
She is close to dying and she is almost all that you have left, you ahd to take care of her, you wanted to make sure that she would be okay.

Wow. . .what do you think of that? =)

If you've been gone for 5 days already and haven't explained why, you might want to check to see if you have a job.
