No....a good answer is a good answer, whether it's a professing Christian, an atheist, a believer of Buddha, or anyone else....
Lol....however, believe me, I have seen many tremble and get dry mouthed when they were about to go to Jesus for the first time as sinners looking for forgiveness, or, when a Christian slides on the proverbial banana peel and feel they have disappointed their Lord....our minds say "He already knows what we did", but, confessing and hearing our sin spoken out loud is just as bad....makes it startling "real" and not something we can push under the rug! LOL This is probably why the Lord wants us to vocally confess as well as silently!
So, maybe someone identified with what you said, and, in THEIR opinion, you were "wrong".
Since everyone has had such diverse experiences, what is considered as simple as a "mole hill" to some, is a "mountain" to others. :)
So, the thumbs up and thumbs down in here isn't as straightforward as it looks.
Peace be with you!

I am a Christian and no I do not do that. If I don't agree with something I do not give thumbs up or down I just move on. The only thing I would give a thumbs down to is rudeness.

No,that would damage the good in a person.
I didnt thumbs down you but i can understand why you got the thumbs down.
That is if what you meant was that its better to do bad and ask forgiveness than it is the try and be good.
Count yourself lucky, some people get thumbs down just because its them.

There are some strange trolls out there who thumbs down anything remotely against what they believe. Don't take it personally, the way I look at it, if I don't have any thumbs down then I'm not making my answers thought provoking.

If you're giving a thumbs down to people for not being a Christian, is that truly a Christian thing to do? You might want to re-evaluate who you think you are.

I don't care about thumbs. I'm here to give my honest opinion, not to just brown nose for points.
