Lord knows I've tried. I am neither ugly, nor dishonest, nor stupid. But I AM frustrated. Help please? I love kids and pets and do housework...

We love guys that can dress well, (so get a subscription to GQ and / or Mens Health) who are stable financially and smooth. Being romantic is a big plus, like flowers unexpectedly or a gift certificate to the spa to get a massage, or get our nails done.
if none of that works you can ALWAYS buy her shoes!

1) Actually listen when she needs to vent or just want to have a nice conversation. (If you don't know what to say, ask questions on the topic, or just stay quiet.)
2) Make compliments on her looks to show her you notice her (especially w/ new hair do or makeup).
3) Get her a small gift every now and then for no reason at all (flowers are fine).
4)Show interest in her job, goals, family, and friends.
5) Share the remote!!! LOL! Seriously though.
6) Give her plenty of sex when she wants it! ; )
7) Don't try too hard to impress her.
Those are just some things that make me happy anyway. I don't expect them all of the time, but when I get those things I am very happy. I hope this helps. Most women don't ask for much. It is normally the little things that matter the most.

You are on the right track, but I fear you lack confidence..Believe in yourself, if you don't, this comes through to those you are around. Expect success, and act as if it were yours already. See,in your minds eye, every thing you wish to be and have in life, and then believe it will happen. There is magic in a positive image! Yes, you can... have no self-doubts!. I believe in YOU! Go for it...it can all be yours but for the price of the effort. Have you ever read this poem?

That IS the power of positive thinking. Every thing you need to be the person you were meant to be is inside you now, you only need believe in your self to make it so.And , No, I'm not saying that it will be easy, only that it is our goal.

just be nice, respectable, caring, honesty, faithful, is that does not work just leave her along and u will find somebody better OK.
