Everything that is subject to time ages, so the only possibility would be God (or a god), since deities - if you believe in them - are the only thing considered to be outside of the influence of time.

Time? Actually, this may not even be the case. Time itself may change over time. The term 'aging' is perhaps stretching things a bit though.

If it's on a person's body you mean, it's the eyes. They don't get wrinkled or look any older than when the person was a kid.
God and Jesus doesn't grow old.
Water doesn't age either.
