Many ways I have tried, one simple way to reduce the tensions is, I think, SMILES; what do you suggest in this respect?

I think one of the best way to get rid of tension is a hobby, something you really enjoy and can focus on. I also find it helps to have something to look forward to, a vacation or even as simple as an evening at home where you get to pick the rental movie. Anything that kind of picks up your spirit can get you through a rough patch.

There is nothing that relaxes and feels better than a great,
long massage. The one where they put warm rocks on
your back does it for me. Any activity that meets the
intensity of your tension and can then be released works
also. Racketball, tennis, working out with weights, jogging
or dancing would also work. Rebounding on a trampoline
is a way of centering yourself as is meditation, deep
breathing or yoga.

to get rid of tensions u can adapt the any of the following ways?
i) sleep
ii) listen to some good music.
iii) take deep breaths for about 10-15 mins.
iv) do yoga.
v) have sex
vi) meditate.
vii) close ur eyes an think of something u would like to happen.
ok dear so u can try any of the stress busters according to urself.

Myself, do a quick gym workout,
or will have a cup of wine (it won't reduce, but will help to enjoy my tension on the fly, but make sure you are alone at home when you follow this)

I get outside and move.....go for a walk or jog. And I take a hot shower, sometimes a bubble bath ;-) It's also good to share how you're feeling with someone you love.

one of my suggestion is 2 think of something other which relax u or just count 1 2 3 4........

the best way to get rid of from tension is to don't think much .....OK

A nice hot soak in the tub does it for me.

best way is to eat a lot of CHOCOLATES. it is having anti-oxidents which refresh oa person's mind....and second option is to listen ur favorite MUSIC/SONGS.... and hey life is for enjoyments amd not for tensions.............

Just sleep. dont think of anything. if thought rolls in your mind just get up from the bed.
