If I were you I'd get the names of who you're unhappy with at the dealership. Then, find out the number for the head office and ask who the Sales Director and Managing Director is. Get the email addresses of all of them and send your email as a group email so they can all see who's been contacted. If they won't give you the email address for the MD then just check the format of the others and try guessing it.
If you haven't heard back within 3 days then try phoning one of the top people and chase it up. Show you mean business. You will be listened to and whoever oversees all the dealerships will do something about it.
Good luck :)

Look in the back of your owner's manual or check Nissan website. Make sure to put any complaints with specifics in writing---very important. A phone call is convenient but a paper trail is the best way to get action...if someone can look at a complaint on paper or email, they can copy and submit it to higher ups or place it in a file...it's just the way things are done in the corporate world. And also try talking to a customer service rep who will document your complaint. Get names of people you speak to and time/date and keep a log for reference. Sorry for your trouble but a squeaky wheel gets the grease...I've also heard a nail sticking out gets pounded down, so bear with it.
Good luck, Paul

Take a look on the internet and you should be able to find all the details there. I would also copy a letter to the boss at Nissan (if you plan to write - it kind of makes it more 'official' don't you think?) to the boss at the dealership you want to complain about.

Good luck to you!! Hopefully Nissan does better!
I've tried calling the "1-800-complain to GM" a couple of times before about GM products and got an explanation that these are franchises and GM doesn't interfere with the daily operations of them.
This sux for us consumers!!
No wonder GM is losing ground toToyota!!

IN your owners manual or warranty book, there will be the address/phone # of the Nissan Zone mgr. That is who you want to contact.

call up the dealership and ask the person who answers the phone. they are required to give you this info if you ask for it. and when they realize you are such an unhappy customer, they will likely try to improve .
remember that the person answering the phone is not the one responsible for the problem, and be very very polite. kindness is power! and it increases your credibility...

Check their website for a customer service number and good luck. I tried complaining about them once and it got me nothing but a headache. Good cars...terrible dealerships, terrible service.
