well.... u should b friends with her first, then try to know each other better, and then... when u think that the time is right to tell her then ask her out u could ask her in person and give her a rose would b more so romantic, girls love it or either way is if your feeling nervous, shy or even uncomfortable well then, just give her a love letter saying how u feel for her, how much u love her and how much u care for her, I'm sure she will consider going out with u. Just b yourself, forget about being shy b the man! u can do it! good luck! = )

You can ask a date with her but the question is would she like to go out with you? Just cool down, I'm sure everything will be ok as long as you accept whether she say yes or no.

Have some guts and ask her out. No girl wants a coward for a boyfriend.
Besides, if she doesn't like you, it is no big deal. She is the one who missed out on having a date with you.

Ok well you could say to one of her friends that u actually trust! To say something like do u know if she likes me or does she have a boyfriend and that will make the girls brain working like omg he likes her and then she might say something to her! and hey she might even like u!! Or you can just ask her out and if she doesn't like you then its her lose!!So good luck!! I hope i helped u!!

A girl doesn't have to like you to go on a date with you. She just has to see you as a potential partner.
Just talk to her and be confident. Confident as in not be nervous around her and figetting around.
Then ask her out to whatever.
Make life simple.
