Your lack of understanding is amazing. I am not Christian, but I know beyond any shadow of a doubt that there is a higher power available to my beliefs. This higher power is not "out there" to be found or tested. This higher power is within all people, to use and test within as they see fit and as they develop the ability to do. Have you not noticed that those who have found a higher power and purpose are so much happier than those who attempt to debunk all others beliefs? "Gods enormous limits" as you put it are only the limitations you have placed upon yourself. I don't have those limits, and many of my acquaintances also do not have those limits. We know our deities and these deities have passed all tests which have been put to them in our daily actions with others and with ourselves. It's all inside ya, dude.

I see what you're saying. Since God is supernatural and exists outside the universe, there is nothing that a being within the universe can do to find out anything about God. I guess if you believe that God created the universe, you might be able to understand something about God by observing nature. Personally, I have a hard time understanding what it means for a "being" to even exist outside of the universe...let alone for that "being" to create the universe in the absence of time. I'm actually a pantheist...I believe that the universe is a part of God. Mainly, it is the part of God that we interact with. I'm still trying to decide if the universe is only a part of God or whether or not it represents the totality of God. If it is only a part of God, then it is probably the only part of God that we are capable of knowing anything about...unless you believe in something like divine revelation through prophets, holy books, etc. Personally, I think that Gods true nature isn't capable of being understood by the human mind, because God contains many properties that are seen as conflicting, and because some parts of God may still lie outside the universe...and thus outside the realm of observation. Since in my view God isn't a person, place, or thing, human language isn't even properly equipped to describe God.

Exactly right.
The bible is full of stories telling us of how God proved himself to this prophet or that Leader. He usually does this by passing some type of test.
It then goes on to tell us not to test the Lord.
This is a contradiction, and is set up so that when God fails a test, or doesn't answer personal calls for proof, religious people can always fall back on the "thou shalt not test the Lord thy God" clause.
It is the same as a Leader stating that his decisions and actions are infallible and the he can prove it by pointing to a single good outcome. Then when questioned about bad outcomes to other decisions, stating that the people don't have the right to question him, because only he has the answers.
Regarding God and Science, they are incompatible because there are no proveable theories that can show that God exists. It is exactly the same as Science trying to prove that Leprechauns exist, or that Unicorns once ruled the world.
If God or Leprechauns or Unicorns do or did exist, it is reasonable to believe that there would be some form of evidence pointing to that fact. So the fact that there is none makes it reasonable to determine that none exist.
God is either non existent, or hates logic and science so much that he is hiding from both.

My superb wager is that if there's a God, He does not micromanage. Sorry approximately your problems. i don't recognize in case you will discover this powerful, yet no longer each little thing has to ensue for a "stable" reason, or something drawing near a reason, relatively. how many achieveable techniques are there for one to journey tragedy? provided that there are over six billion people, the risk which you won't be in a position of fall over without hitting somebody who has, or will, journey something quite tragic strategies a million. it relatively is a detrimental worldwide, with somewhat some stuff flying around, and lots and somewhat some people interior the way. unavoidably, almost everyone get hit one way or yet another. that's not some massive conspiracy, and that's not somebody giving you the cosmic chilly shoulder. that's referred to as existence, which each each now and then is extremely complicated. Why? via fact it relatively is. regrettably, it is so ordinary as that.

I'm not sure of exactly what you mean by this question but I will try to answer it the best way I can.
God actually wants us to test Him. 2 Corinthians 13:5 Keep testing whether YOU are in the faith, keep proving what YOU yourselves are. Or do YOU not recognize that Jesus Christ is in union with YOU? Unless YOU are disapproved.
He doesn't want you to believe in Him blindly but for you to prove to yourself that His Word, the Bible, is true.
The wrong kind of testing, though, is to see how far you can go without actually sinning. You wouldn't want to do that.

God has passed many tests, Jack:
In fact, many had such strong evidence, touching, feeling, listening to, even studying prophecies of His coming, that they gladly suffered martyrdom for Him.
Today we can study God's prophecies and their fulfillment to see there is a supernatural, but God speaks in parables and symbols to confuse the wise. He had enough trouble with prideful Lucifer, and He doesn't want more troublemakers in Heaven.
Just after Jesus said the famous "whosoever believeth in Him" thing, He said:
"For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. "But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God."in John 3:20-21)
Only the meek will inherit the earth, and to quote Jesus, the prideful have already received their reward.
He makes one more try to reach the lost in a secret code. It might help you realize that your wisdom is foolishness. http://abiblecode.tripod.com

He is not limited, that would be the reason, dontcha think? Think of it this way. Imagine a small red ant standing on a railroad track and saying, to parody something Mussolini said, "There is no train. If there is a train, I give it five minutes to run me over." Now, do you suppose the railroad company is going to dispatch a train to run down that ant?

Nope. He's everywhere. He has no limits. He's never to be tested because He's God. The Almighty. You should never test God. You can test Him. You're just not supposed to.

God is way above your idea of testing and the first time that He came to Earth as the incarnate Word, people with your mentality abused and tested Him like a lab rat and He didn`t resist, a lesson in humility don`t you think.

I'm absolutely certain that you have at least one thought in your mind right now that no branch of science could test for the existence of, much less prove. You'd obviously have to "speak" it into being before anyone would know it was there.
Guess that's why they called Christ the "Word" of God.
Makes sense to me.
