Photos from Super 8 movies?

Is it possible to capture photos from Super 8 movies either as prints are saved as JPEGs on a CD?

I did have a DVD made but of course the dpi is only screen resolution. Any help?

I run a movie into my computer using a ULead prog and can snapshot using a remote control but you need to have the ULead board installed.~~
