I like the first person's idea of Fratelli. Call it "Fratelli's Deli". That rolls off the tongue and is memorable. (Plus I like "The Goonies" and the bad guys are named Fratelli.)
There's a place in town that I totally love but it's called Genova Delicatessen. I can never after all these years pronounce Genova right.

I do not know about pronunciation... I'm Italian and obviously I do not have that problem...
Some ideas:
- Gusto (Taste)
- Sapore (another way to say taste...)
- Oh sole mio (oh my sun... just like in the song)
- That's amore (that's love... since the deli is both Italian and American it could be a good idea choose a name with both languages)
- Spaghetti connection (as above)
