I lost over 20 pounds in 4 weeks on The Abs Diet. They say you shouldn't try to lose more than 2 pounds in a week, but when you start a new eating and exercise program you tend to lose more weight at the beginning. Your weight loss will taper off over time. I HIGHLY recommend The Abs Diet because it worked for me and it's a realistic plan that doesn't involve counting calories, cutting out entire food groups, or making exotic meals with hard-to-find ingredients. It's based on common sense and research, so it's 100% safe. You can find the book at any major bookstore, and it's hard to miss -- the cover is bright orange. Worth checking out.

Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing impurities from your body. You get impurities from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The impurites get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the impurites. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck! No. If you lose that much so quickly, you will have not burned fat, so you will get more back. Trust me, I've been there, and now I am on a long term diet programme with healthy eating and exercise. What you can aand should do is start a diet with no sweets, no fried foods, no pizza, no fast food, but many vegetables, lean meat, fish, wholegrain cereals or pasta, brown rice, yoghurt, fruits, etc., and also start to exercise 1 hour daily (20 min. jogging and 40 min. callanetics or pilates or dancing is good). You will get results, you don't need to get the full amount you want in 30 days, but whatever you accomplish will be good. Your body will lose at its own pace. Good luck.

I know of a cardiac diet that Doctor's use to reduce the weight of patients quickly before surgery...I have been on the diet and lost 16 lbs in the first week...but you can only be on the diet for two weeks at the most...it is a quick fix, but you need to add exercise and good eating habits to keep the weight off...I am willing to share this diet with you if I have an email address to send it to.
