I think he doesn't want to marry you, at least not now, so he doesn't want to have sex with you, because he thinks it will give you the wrong idea.
Of course, he can't tell you that, because it would hurt your feelings. So he's made up this "Burned out with sex" excuse.

Ok truth be told, there are times when men do get burned out. When I was going through my divorce, all i wanted to do was have sex. Well after a period of time, it got to the point where the meaningless sex was even more unfullfilling than it was meaningless. So I decided what i needed was someone i cared about more than i needed sex, and soon after met the woman of my dreams, i think we knew each other 8 months before we did have sex. The wait was worth it.

As a man, if you have a guy and told him this and he is still with you and still loves you and everything is cool, then you found one of the good ones. Keep your promise of no sex but treat him well. He loves you so much that he thinks you are worth waiting for.
No man is burned out from sex.

Burned out with sex??!!!???? Right!!! If you're not giving it to him I'd ask where's he getting it if he's "burned out" on it.
Hey, you're ok. No sex before marraige is not a bad thing. In fact, might even make marraige better.....Many of us will never know. But sounds like he's feeding you some BS. Maybe he's not the right guy....

One question. Do you want to build a family? Do you want to be a virgin for the rest of your life? This guy probably doesn't want to marry you, or he is telling the truth. I can tell that you want to build a family. I would want you to too. My advice would be to fly solo for a while, and get back in the game with another guy when you think you're ready. And i hope you're old enough. ;)

you know - we know that you are bluffing , and so does he , and thats cool , sounds like a good person to respond in a respectful sense , depends on what your background is , and if you have had sex with other partners in the past , your curiosity will get the better of you , it is like buying a harley , your not going to look at it and take it home for good if you havent given it a ride are you ..

Even though I'm not a man, I say he's a keeper. He's tired of premarital sex because it brings so much confusion and heartache. So say yes when he asks you to marry him. Good for you and your good morals. They don't make women like you anymore.

love is not to sex be to under stand each other if ur boy friend cant under stand then he is cheating u and he will never marry u when the time come and if u ar ready then its ok first the girls tell about her filling.

Leave him even though you still love him, He should understand you because you're just making sure that you're safe. Don't be afraid if he'll leave you, there are other guys out there who can deserve your love, and at the same time, will respect what your decision is!
