Just eat normally. Honestly, your body will gradually get back to its original wieght...normally at about the same speed that it lost it. You may find that your weight might go slightly over your original wieght but don't worry, it will come back down.

Aim to eat around 2200 calories a day, inlcude foods with plenty of iron and vitamins if you have been stressed. Plenty of fish: the protien will increase your wieght and the Omega oils will help you de-stress.

I know it sounds a bit backwards for weight gain, but try exercising (walking or cycling). Your body will release endorphins ("feel good" hormones) into your blood which helps you relax. It will also trigger the body into storing fuels and give you more of an appetite, making it easier to injest the calories you need. Going to the gym and doing some light weight training wouldn't hurt.

I hope this helps, and I hope you feel better soon.

Gaining weight and keeping it on can be as tricky as losing it and keeping it off. Rather than having the occasional extra snack, you need to regularly take in more calories than you burn. Combining this with toning exercises helps too.

Make meals a little larger or more calorific. For example, have an extra slice of toast at breakfast; drink grape juice rather than orange juice; make coffee with milk; serve an extra spoon of mash, rice or pasta; be more generous with healthier unsaturated oils, salad dressing and spreads; always have a dessert.
Have snacks to hand so you never go short. Good choices include nuts, seeds and raisins; pots of rice pudding, custard or yoghurt; cereal or cereal bars; flapjacks; milk, yoghurt drinks or smoothies; a scone or fruit bun; wheatmeal biscuits; cheese and crackers; fruit plus small chocolate bar.

If you go to see your doctor ask him to prescribe prednisolone - I've got Wegeners' Granulomatosis and have put nearly a stone on since I started taking it - it is a steroid, hence the need for a doctor but if you take it in short courses it's not a problem - hope that helps

Probably you're one of those women who are BORN with a faster metabolism hence skinnier body. You know how many girls would feel blessed to have been born that way. But, sometimes yeah I can understand what you mean. I have a friend who's naturally skinny but she eats like truck men. My best suggestion is try eating a lot of pastries. Like donuts and stuff like that. Eat a lot of pizza :P

Distracted dining could possibly get you in trouble. Avoid eating in front of a television or in a movie theater, as you're bound to use up more calories.
