for women - no.

Sexual performance does tend to wane....especially after the drug has killed you.

Believe me - there are far greater consequences here than losing some sexual potency. Worrying about sexual performance while ingesting something that can be fatal or cause you to engage in risky behavior that will prove fatal is like worrying about termites while your house is burning down around you.
