Y es, they do this by rubbing their vents against each other. For many species it is a lovely thing to watch. Cockatiels will mount the female and sing and kiss her while she makes a little chatter sound. Quaker males will become a ball of puff and lift one leg on the side of her. They both make a huffing sound. as he gets closers to climax the huffing gets louder and faster and then a final loud 'moan' and they are done :)
