LOL, "Opposites attract" is a rule of dating, not a rule of physics.

No my friend. You are making a fallacy of logic. Like when people say "just because you can't see God, does not mean God doesn't exist." Yeah, but this does not prove that God does exist either. This is one of my favorite falsehoods that people use to fool themselves all the time. I believe in God, but through superior logic. From what we observe in the known universe around us everything comes from something or has an origin. All of these things had to come from one start, which philosophy calls a "prime mover" or in other words God. This is a short explanation of a prime mover. I would suggest reading up on some philosophy if you want to get a better logical reason for God's existence.

Wrong! Opposites attract each other does not mean just because something exists then the opposite thing exists. It means that opposites ATTRACT each other! An atheist is just a "name" or "label" given to people who don"t belive in god. Instead of saying "You know them people who don't believe in god". Atheist is much easier and less of a mouthful to say, don't ya think?

Actually your logic is flawed,at least in the way you asked. If opposites attract, then that means that Atheists and believers would be drawn together. Which to some extent is true, after all they do seem to love to get together at least to debate the reality of their individual beliefs don't they? But that does not have anything to do with the actual existence or non existence of God.

OK, where to start?
First of all you're applying a scientific law to a religious argument.
Secondly the opposite of an atheist isn't god, it would be someone with religious beliefs.
Thirdly saying opposites attract is an over simplification of one of the laws of physics since what I assume you're referring to is the fact that particles with opposing (positive and negative) electrical charges attract.
For every action there is an opposite and equal reaction (Sir Isaac Newton) might be more apt, although that applies to motion not superstition

No you are making a huge mistake between a theist and a god.
The opposite of an atheist is a theist.
So the fact is, if an atheist exists so must a theist.

An atheist isn't the opposite of God, so the rule doesn't apply

Ah ha, so that means because you don't believe in magic puppies that they exist?
See how silly that sounded?
The opposite of an atheist is not a god, it is a believer in a god.

That argument might work if atheists and charged particles had anything in common, and if atheists really were the opposite of God, which they aren't. (Really, it seems like Satan would make a better opposite.)
In other words, what you just said has absolutely no logical value whatsoever.

I'm so dizzy I'm going to get in a few hours of practicing intelligent falling down.

Of course. God is neither proven nor disproven, and atheism is just a set of beliefs - as are all religions. People are entitled to believe what they like, and set about proving or disproving what they like. When beliefs that are neither proven nor disproven start wars, destroy lives, and divide communities is when we all have to take a deep breath and say: each to their own.
