yes some churches have really 'sold the farm' on evolution, the Catholic Church being one. Many stunning truths between various Christian groups but that is not an area where Biblical truth is well preserved in the Catholic church
and some liberal and in the case of Catholic mixed liberal conservative positions have 'sold the farm' on evolution
There is excellent material to pop those frothy secular "bubbles" for younger children, there is the hip cool DVDs by Buddy Davis like "6 Days One great adventure" for older children
and even some great music "creation gospel"
there are awesome things like The Privileged Planet, Incredible Creatures that defy Evolution
for adults "the Answers Book" "Evolution Refuted" or "The Big Argument Does God Exist" and a wealth of materials from http://www.answersingenesis.org
lots of good material on radio dating form the RATE project, the one Ice age hich followed the flood, genetic information, fossils etc....
have some pops!!
truthfully... some churches address the issues and some do not... my daughter went to the museum of natural history with her Christians school and after they got home she commented that the school was amazingly silent on NOT addressing the issues they just saw

Interestingly, there was a study on this issue and it had stunning findings. First, the children of fundamentalists perform worse in school, desire to learn less and end up with a comparitively poor education when compared to their peers in the same class. As a group, the result is that they become less well off since education and income are tightly related. When you lie to children, even if you don't know it, when you bring false information into their way of thinking, it impacts them for the rest of their lives. The effects were quite strong and persisted.

I am Catholic and my church has nothing wrong with evolution. we r humans and we will never know for sure until we die, but my church teaches that Adam and Eve
a)is literally true
or
b)is a way that God uses to teach us how the world was made i.e. a representation.
or
c) a story that is used for the early ppl to stop questioning God true or not
my religious mind and scientific mind don't fight each other often
besides we don't know how long God's "day" is.

I do not know but how frightening that children are being brainwashed against science at so earlier age. In the UK they have already taken over schools and are perverting the minds of children there.
And as frightening is that the next US president ( and therefore who tells the UK what to do) may be of their persuasion.
So goodbye 21c - hello 13c

Argument is not a good way of communication. Maybe people "outside of the bubble" like arguing more..
My parents never brought this issue either, they let me to have my own conclusions.

Since we don't believe in age-segregated "Sunday School", the answer is no. Parents are given the main duty to train their children up and to teach them to defend their christian worldview.
Answers in Genesis' has some great resources which parents can use.

"Answers in Genesis" is a propaganda organization staffed by professional liars. Shame on anyone who cites them as though they were a legitimate source.

I couldn't tell you what they teach in Sunday school. Seems like a plausible scenario.

I think you meant '...."lies to supposedly refute evolution" :) And to answer your question: I don't know, but I sure wouldn't doubt it.
