I can't imagine why you need this information and I'm sure nobody will calculate if for you.

My suggestion is to determine what Airlines were members in July 2006 and inquire from their customer Service Dept. You should be able to provide a proper validity for the question if you expect their attention.

Other wise you can check with the IATA Hard Copy of Aircraft schedules. It will give you all the destinations and frequency. Then go to an almanac, get the distance of each destination and do the calculations. You do realize you are probably talking thousands destinations.
