My co-worker has a tattoo on her neck, so I would have to say it's not illegal...

I'm not sure they could even make it illegal as it would impede personal freedoms. If someone wants to tattoo scales onto their face so they look like a fish, that's their business, not the gov'ts.

you have to be a minimum of 16 with mother and father consent, and 18 with out, they ought to have well-being and protection, first help and also they should be qualified (some cities have bylaws that exclude the prefer to be qualified although, peterborough is one in all those cities) they ought to also recognize the position you may and can't pierce (that's asserted that in case you may pinch it, it will be pierced, it truly is not any longer real, in case you pierced the temple contained in the incorrect position the man will be lifeless in 2 minutes) you may ask to work out thier skills, any proud tattoist or piercer would have them on exhibit or someplace at hand as some people do actual ask (my buddy did at the same time as she were given tatooed and he had a folder finished of them)
